Its good to keep track of all your information

You have to pay every year 159.00 for a new account number. That they call support.
Summary
I purchased it over 1 year ago and they have issued me 2 account numbers and now that the customer support term is over I have to pay just to use my program that I purchased.

Pros
Love this software, great program for rental property management. Very easy to use and the learning curve is short. I own over 300 units, mixture of duplexes and 4 family homes. It help me track my tenants rent payments, create tenant statements and track work orders for repairs and maintenance.

None unless you like having to re-buy the program each year when it automatically shuts off.
Cons
First click on his 5 star reviews and you will see they are fake. Same person gave 5 star reviews to his landlord and attorney programs. Apparently there are a lot of doctors who are also active lawyers and landlords and use all three programs. I smell a rat. Enough said.

I owned this program for a year until merchant shut it off and demanded 250 to re-start it. Went with different company

I own rental properties in Florida and have been using Landlord Report for about 11 months. We absolutely love it! We're not very technical, and we were afraid of moving off of Microsoft Excel, but Landlord Report was so easy to use and setup, we decided to purchase. Now, everything we need to find is in Landlord Report! Rent Roll History of all our tenants, the rent paid, rent charges, work orders, phone messages and tons of other reports built right in! During the last 11 months, I've saved enough time to pay for the software 100 times over!.

Software very helpful with my Tenants & Properties. Very easy to use and print Tenant Statements. Prints Financial Reports, my CPA can use. Highly recommend this software.
