Many can be answered with a template response, but I like to customize them a bit for variety. Caboodle is a terrific tool for storing and organizing my responses by topic. And more than that, it lets me group similar stored responses, which I can quickly review when I need something a bit more personalized. I can add and search Keywords as well as Subjects. It's become an invaluable tool in my work, increasing my productivity (and thus lower my stress level). It's simple. It's easy to use. And for the tasks I use it for, it's very efficient. The customer support is fabulous as well -- prompt, courteous, helpful. Rare features in software support today. And the price is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Caboodle, and I'm happy to support them!

DVDs, anniversaries etc. and to have them in a basic set of databases. Caboodle has just so done the trick - it works, is so easy to use and does exactly what it says on the tin. On top of that, it is so worth the small amount of money to purchase. And even more on top of that, the customer care is second to none - best I have ever experienced from a software house; kind, courteous, helpful and answers by return. Unqualified recommendations from me!

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Since moving to a Mac from Windows I've struggled to find a note taking application comparable with Microsoft One Note. I tried VoodooPad - Wiki structure too odd and doesnt autosave, tried OmniOutliner - too bloated. I just wanted something that autosaved and let me make sub categories and Caboodle is exactly what I was looking for. It's very good and I highly recommend it. Also the developer is very friendly and very quick to respond to emails about new feature queries.

It's pleasing on the eye, simple, and does what I need. Since they fixed search and save to work in standard ways, Caboodle has been great.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I quite enjoy Caboodle, mostly because I keep finding new ways to simplify my life and the virtual piles of semi-organized info I typically keep on my Desktop until I shuffle it off into folders to make room for more stuff. I am a PhD student and web developer, and I have classes to keep track of, papers to write, VAST amounts of PDF's to read, summarize and keep track of in a categorized fashion, and too much too do. Simplfying where all my lists to myself, project notes, paper notes, etc., are is a huge benefit in simplifying my workflow. In the past I would typically pop open Textedit to jot down notes to myself or while in classes and meetings. The last thing I want is to deal with the overhead of a full word processor when I just want to get text info down before I forget it. Caboodle is quickly becoming an app that I "live" in, alongside Apple's Mail and iCal.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I am a CS graduate student. I have been using Caboodle for all of 2 days and yet I it has become part of my daily workflow. I attend a lot of meetings and seminars and this is great way to keep track of all the related notes and keep them together. I suggested some features to the developer and he wrote me right back and was very gracious and receptive about it. I would definitely recommend this application to everyone especially since you can't beat the price.
