• Pretty nice - IF this were 1999

  Pros

  It's a pretty decent mail-merge/db-merge label maker for mass-mailings, and the one-time price to OWN a license to the software, rather than paying a monthly subscription, is very appealing if you are a small business and do a lot of mailing.

  Cons

  There's a steep learning curve because the interface hasn't change in the 15 or so years I've used this software, and there's lots of easier tools to use out on the market now, although most of them are web-based and those can come with their own frustrations, like when there's heavy load on either their server or your connection. It would take an ENORMOUS amount of learning and effort to make really slick professional labels, because the interface is so clunky. There's tons of tiny icons across the top and sides, and the only way to figure them out is by the hover-over tips.

  Summary

  Don't waste your time as an individual user, but if you are a small business and can afford to get someone in the office to spend the time learning how to use this software it could be a real time and effort saver.

  very out-dated look to the software. looks like it was made with windows 95 leaves "trial version" on everything you make with it unless you are smart enough to save it as an image file then open it with paint and remove it that way. very limited software takes a longtime to download on h.s. internet connection.

  If you want a good reliable print software, without ad-ware, malware or spyware, go down to your local computer store or wal-mart and buy one. CNET has lowered their standards greatly over the years and cannot be trusted. After I downloaded the program, I spent about an hour removing all the little bot programs that was in stalled with it. If you are looking for vivid usable software, this is not your huckleberry

• Publisher reports that software offers brochures but it doesn't.

  It seems to have a lot of control over design. You are not stuck with just the template given. Options to be original are good.

  I am very busy and need to find a good software for brochures, this publisher reported that it offers brochure template. I did not see that option anywhere in the program. Time wasted not real happy. Because of that I wouldn't buy or recommend the software to anyone. Sorry but we all have a lot of work to do out here.
