Pros
Very usefull when immature kids use these god awful language and you actually care enough to want to understand what they are saying. Also a very small size, which is good for the people who have Dial Up, instead of good connections like T1 which is used by this author.
Cons
None that I can think of. They need to make another translator for other combinations used with very weird shortcuts (lol is translateable, but when I see orrtxvf, I have no idea what to expect.)

Ever entered a chatroom to see two people typing what seems like gibberish to you, but somehow makes sense to them? It's probably L33T (31337/1337), or Elite Speak, a common internet language based on replacing letters with numbers and changing the spelling of words based on pronunciation. This program can translate into, and from, common L33T Speak. Other features include opening/saving of Text files as English or L33T (It's a notepad, too!) and a user-defined Replacement String list.
