  This company created a very easy to use product with "Excellent Customer Service" both pre-sale and post-sale. I wish all software companies were this responsive.

  Pros

  I've been using Kruptos 2 for a few months now and love the simplicity, convenience and security. Pros: 1) You can encrypt\decrypt your files in a single button click 2) When editing a file your changes are automatically re-encrypted so you don't have to bother with re-encrypting - oh and that's a single button click too! 3) You can store all your personal files in one convenient 'library' - a bit like iTunes with encryption 4) Encrypt your files directly from Windows explorer - right click - encrypt - so easy! 5) Not had a single problem in the months I've used it 6) Simple and easy to use -there's also plenty of helps if you need it bottom line: this is a well thought out, easy to use file encryption program that will have you encrypting your files in no time. So, if your looking to secure your files and what not give Kruptos 2 a whirl.

  Pros

  Very stable, can encrypt multiple files. Have been using it for over 2 years now. They have superb customer service, one use to be that you could not open two of a same kind of files, without first having to close one, before decrypting another, this issue has been resolved. Extremely stable, file encryption software, i have tried just about everything out there to find one reliable enough to use for our business and personal use. This has been great for the past 2 years, i highly recommend it all

  Pros

  This is the best encryption software you will find. Not only is it robust, but it's very easy to use. This is the true sign of a quality product. If you're managing sensitive files, you must have Kruptos! I have used it vigorously for a year now and it worked flawlessly each time. Also, they have fantastic customer service, a very rare commodity. Give it a try, I know you will agree!

  None because it did not work correctly ON MY SYSTEM (Win7 Pro -64)

  I wanted to protect drives and folders, as well as files. It seemed to handle files, provided they resided on my HDD, but could not PW protect nor hide my USB thumb drive, nor folders on the thumb drive. But what was especially annoying is that it would not permit me to protect files within a folder on my thumb drive, saying I was not allowed to protect system or application files. These were simple .txt and .rtf files created specifically to test this process. I look for programs to make life easier and safer. I am not a masochist, except for working on a computer. A few hours trial and error, and I am gone! BTW, searched some more for file/folder encryption software, rejected Folder Lock because reviewers complained about customer service, found DataProtecto, tried it, and was protecting everything but the kitchen sink in minutes.

  Some people write favorably about K2 Pro. That's why I tried it. Maybe there is something on my computer (dust??) that interferes with it. I cannot recommend K2 Pro.

  I can't really add much to what others have said but I'll add my approval here. one thing I will +1 is the customer support is very good: sent an email received a replay almost immediately, outstanding! So, like others have said, if you want easy to use encryption then you need not look any further.

  Pros

  This software is so easy to use, I literally had my files encrypted in a few clicks. Unlike other encryption software there is no need to create 'lockers' or 'virtual vaults' I mean, who the heck knows what a virtual vault is? So, you just choose your files, click encrypt then enter your password and your done. So easy.

  Cons

  Kruptos 2 is perfect, the only thing I'd like to say is the lack of mobile phone support. I contacted them and they say they are soon to release the iOS version and Android version all compatible with each other. Great!

  Summary

  If you wan an easy to use encryption program and don't want the bother of setting up virtual things give Kruptos a try, excellent!

  If you are looking for a company with EXCELLENT before and after the sale customer service you may want to try this one. I am not an encryption expert and so I have contacted them with questions on a few occasions both before and after the sale and have always received a very quick and helpful response.
