Price is incorrect; No password given for demo

The login screen looks nice, but...
Cons
... you can't get past it. No manual, help file, or even a readme.txt. No demo password works (tried all the usual combinations). The CNET price is wrong. It is not $59.99 (which would have been a good price). It is much more -- $199.99 on Amazon.

If something ever goes wrong you are SOL because they will screen your calls and leave you in the dark. The 24 hr response is a joke. The knowledgebase to help you figure things out is nowhere to be found. Still Wating in Indiana
