Very nice little software

Pros
Very easy to set up and run. All controls and settings in one simple panel. This product emails keystroke logs with password protection, and you can choose when to have it send them, from every 10 minutes to every 24 hours. Simple, compact, very easy to use.
Cons
This software only captures keystrokes and works perfectly. So if you want to capture other things like screenshots, etc., look elsewhere.
Summary
Very nice little package. For capturing keystrokes remotely you really can't beat it in my opinion.
