Kartris is a fully-functional shopping cart system for the ASP.NET platform which is available with a free license (limited to 500 products) or a full license ($840) which unlocks unlimited product support, SSL support, QuickBooks integration and removes the 'powered by' logo. The system is built on a robust and scalable database (MS SQL), and designed to support unlimited languages, high volumes of orders and 1,000,000+ products. Support for Google Checkout, SagePay, RBS WorldPay, PayPal, 2Checkout and offline purchases with more being added on a regular basis thanks to the plugin based implementation of payment systems. Kartris is SEO optimized including friendly URLs, customizable meta tags and page titles for all products, categories and custom text pages. High performance and low database load is achieved through an optimized database with extensive use of ASP.NET's caching and AJAX features to reduce round trips to the database. A free 'data tool' desktop program provides for importing data from older Cactusoft ecommerce software or other sources, and for upgrading Kartris versions.
