K3-Cottage is a stand-alone professional application intended for 3D design of log and timber houses and log structures of all kinds. The designer creates the detailed 3D model while the system automatically generates the complete set of documentation required both for MANUFACTURE and ASSEMBLAGE of the future house.

The uniqueness of the program lies in the possibility to directly work with the specific components of the log house and to alter their parameters at any time. The designer can add and delete log courses from walls, adjust log profile dimensions at any stage of the project, define shape and type of log (board) notches and joints, add through bolts, treenails and screwjacks and much more.
