The JpgKeywords is a tool to edit keywords (tags) in JPG files.It works offline, locally on your computer. It is trying to simplify keywords manipulation as much as possible.Keywords database is not used. Keywords are stored in JPG file metadata - in IPTC "Keywords" field. Utf-8 is used for keywords so thay can be in any language.Useful to tag large personal photo collections.
