So far the program is terrible

Pros: There are NO pros. The program will not run. I reported a problem right away and got a response for sample. I thought that was a good sign but then a week went by without a word from them. I'm trying to get my money back.
Cons: Even the trial program doesn't do what it is supposed to do. This is garbage.
Summary: If it had performed as advertised it would have been just about what I wanted a program to do. It wasn't perfectly in line with my spec but I could have worked with it. Now I just want my money back.
