So far the program is terrible

Pros
There are NO pros. The program will not run. I reported a problem right away and got a response for sample. I thought that was a good sign but then a week went by without a word from them. I'm trying to get my money back.
Cons
Even the trial program doesn't do what it is supposed to do. This is garbage.
Summary
If it had performed as advertised it would have been just about what I wanted a program to do. It wasn't perfectly in line with my spec but I could have worked with it. Now I just want my money back.
