• Does pretty much what the big boys can do, WAY cheaper

  Pros

  No charge for one-on-one screen sharing Reliable Support for iPhone, etc. Option of Pro version, etc. for more participants ($)

  Cons

  I've only used the free version, and can't much complain about lack of features. I believe the Pro version addresses pretty much whatever I would need.

  Summary

  We have GoToMeeting licenses also, and the quality is there but they have become harder and harder to work with, in addition to being expensive. The join.me approach is much more palatable to me.
