The John Hancock Vitality Mobile app is only available to individuals who are enrolled in the John Hancock Vitality program. This is an exclusive program for John Hancock customers only. The app enables members to track their participation in the John Hancock Vitality program. Members can view their points and status, earn points by submitting prevention screenings and athletic events, and log health club workouts. Members will need to register prior to downloading this app at www.JohnHancockVitality.com You will use this username and password to gain access to the app. John Hancock Vitality can make it easier for you to complete your Vitality Health Review (VHR) by using the data gathered from your Apple Health app. You will also have the option to submit your VHR data to the Apple Health app. Please note: John Hancock Vitality will continue to prioritize verified data over self-reported data. VHR data will only be requested from Apple Health if a verified measurement does not already exist for that data point. Vitality now offers new functionality that will allow you to share steps in one of two ways: steps measured by your iPhone or by the Apple Watch. Once John Hancock Vitality receives your steps data, we will process it and award you Vitality Points when you complete your workouts. Note that you must be updated to at least iOS 8.1 to enable this feature. Some features, like Log a Gym Workout, may require GPS location services. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
