  Summary

My experience was disappointing, and very time consuming. All I wanted to do was retrieve some contacts from an old iTunes backup file. It would export them into various formats, although the fields and contents were all jumbled up. They can't be imported into another phone, Outlook, gmail or anything else apparently. I'm told by support that they can only be "exported to your PC" What use is that?? None. and apparently I can't get my money back because the contents exported to my PC (who cares if the formatting is jumbled and the file is useless) A big waste of my time and money. thanks for nothing. Note that the previous review of 4 stars was referring to another piece of software all together (just advertising!)
