Convert the encoding of text files on your PC.

JEncConv converts the encoding of text files like subtitles and It can also detect possible encoding. If errors are found during decoding or encoding, several behaviors are available for each step like failing, inserting a custom string, or ignoring the error altogether. It can also be used from the command line and convert many files at once. JEncConv gives the user a choice between several behaviors in case errors are found. Decoding behavior and encoding behavior are chosen separately.
