JCapture is a JAVA based, platform independent, and portable tool for taking single pictures (jpg, png) in free defined intervals (seconds, minutes, hours) by Web cam, based on JAVA. It is also possible to convert the pictures into a video file using the included jpg2avi tool. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
