I can call for free using Jaxtr's FreeConnect to Singapore and Netherlands from the USA! The sound quality is superb. i can also text for free to the Philippines, Singapore, and Europe. This is amazing... Thank you so much Jaxtr!!!

Can't use the free call FreeConnect to the Phillippines and Taiwan. I hope they will support these countries soon.

Amazing! The sound quality is impressive and I can call unlimited for free using their one feature called FreeConnect to Europe and Singapore. I'm so happy with this. I have installed Jaxtr mobile to my iphone4 and it works flawless! Love it...

When you are connected on the line, it's a decent voice quality. Quick setup and calls.
Cons
No support. Slow customer care. No regional phone numbers to call in emergency. Last time I could successfully place a call was 4 months+ ago.
Summary
Absolutely horrible support. Customer care doesn't respond for days. Jaxtr had a new service - Freeconnect coz of which I decided to try it but now it's not working since 4 months+. I have mailed jaxtr at least 8 times - many a times they dont reply at all. Nobody tells me the ETA on fixing the issue. I paid Jaxtr for this service and now all my money in stuck, can't use it, they won't reply me back also if they will return my money (since the service does not work at ALL). When you pay for some service you expect prompt replies atleast. Use it if you want to try out something new but please don't bother paying for any services because if it fails you have nobody to fall back on. No support. No replies.
