Has gotten much worse

- I have had an account for many years. I pay an annual fee to not have to contend with ads. Now however I frequently get logged out and every time I log back in I get ads and usually a popup ad that keeps me from logging in quickly. And now it has gotten very slow. Especially in the evening it can take several minutes for the program to respond.

- Old, many problems -havnt been able to acces my account in over a week despite several emails to them. Im tryin to organise my wedding overseas - but now cant access my quotes!!! ive begged them to fix it but just poor service all around!!!

- well im not allowed to to swear! Go somewehere else for your email account - infact i wouldnt even go to lycos.com for anything!!!!!!
