  Pros

  Eliminates the need to remember the layout for another alphabet while using a standard English keyboard. Free, very easy to use, small size does not get in the way of other running applications.

  Cons

  The text is entered into a box which is part of the application. This is useless for applications which prohibit cut-and-paste. Also, setup is required for every use. Basically just a one-click step, so for free, this is not a significant issue.

  Summary

  Convenient, simple, and free, but useless in conjunction with applications which prohibit cut-and-paste. Otherwise, a very user friendly on-screen keyboard, most useful when simplicity is desired.

  Pros

  If sometime your laptop keyboard breaks, you will find this small app a blessing - It gets you up and going, just like the other free virtual keyboard.
