Waste of time; I would like 4 days of wasted time back

I can find nothing nice to say at all.
Cons
Customer support is useless. I sent screen shots of each screen I encountered (each requires I may a choice) and asked what I was supposed to do at each screen. I was told to run the program -- not how to respond at each option screen. When I asked for details, I was asked for screen shots again. I did send them screenshots again, and asked for specific instructions at each step (as I found "download the program and run it" was somewhat lacking for me). Their response -- ask for screenshots again. I imagine that made them laugh, to see how many time they could get me to bang my head against the wall for their amusement, while they provided no meaningful response or support. I have requested a refund, don't expect them to follow through but I will demand it of PayPal. It is a shame support is so poor, because I do need a product to do what this one promised to do.
Summary
Save yourself the headache and keep looking.
Software has HUGE bug & developer won't acknowledge!!!

Pros
Works with basic settings and simple stuff.
Cons
If program terminates abnormally, the program asks you if you want to continue where you left off. Well it only works if you were using the software default settings. I had it running for 10 days when Windows decided to update and reboot causing Isumsoft to abort. When I started it up again it started up with the basic settings and not where it left off. I included special characters and a 10 character length when I first started. When it asked to continue where I left off it rest to 8 character length and dropped the inclusion of special characters. When I contacted support they were in denial and totally unwilling to even try to help.
Summary
Waste of money. Find a better software as the program has problems and you can't get willing support.

Pros
None. It didn't work. I could change the password, but afterward, the password would not let me set back to factory settings. Said I had insufficient access.
Cons
Absolutely did NOT work as stated. When I contacted iSumsoft, they kept telling me to send a screenshot of the "error". This was a work-supplied computer that was having issues. I needed it fixed immediately. When the Password Refixer Tool failed, I ended up overnighting the computer back to the company to fix for me.
Summary
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Or give them another dime. Ever. Their product did NOT work, and they won't stand behind their warranty. End of story.

Cons
It says "Some features disabled" when in fact all of them are. The only thing you can do is create a test user which is deleted immediately after creation. What a waste of time.
