  Pros

  Easy to set up with alerts, can detect whether the connectivity problem is external or internal, so it makes alerts for the guys easy to understand so they don't have to call the IT guy if Facebook is down.

  Cons

  Need a way to back up a configuration so it can be copied to multiple machines.

  Overall a really great tool. I'm a web developer and have a few different servers that host projects on. It's really great to know if any of my websites are offline or unresponsive. When I have network problems, it tells me exactly where the issue is coming from. It even let's me know when I'm on my 4G internet connection so I can stop streaming music to avoid using too much data.
