  You have to register (free), there is no option to send support code by e-mail. I don't like the futuristic GUI

  There is no option to send support code by e-mail : you have to tell the code by e-mail, by chat etc., what I find annoying, their support service told me that this problem is going to be fixed, we will see. Except that, is quite nice

  Pros

  It impressed me just how easy and fast it was to make a new connection with a random person. The quality of remote desktop can put you right at the remote pc. Also nice audio and video communication.

  easy to use, great interface, in the language of the user, chat function, conference function, great tool to monitor several unattended computers, free support.

  Cons

  It's not a free program, but the extra options like chat and conference and surely the easy use and great interface give it enough reason to buy it.

  Summary

  It's a great tool to give one time support to others, or regularly, while being able to always access the computers with ISL Always on. The chat function ISL Pronto can also be used as an internal communication tool or to chat with customers on the website. Even while buying a coupon of 100 Euro (140 USD) you can use it for chat unlimited in time and with different customers at once. Great to see that it's possible to print documents when giving support.

  Pros

  Fast, works also on mobile phones, passes all firewalls without problems. Great technical support - anytime i need help, ISL guys help me out. I also use their solution for online meetings ISL Groop, which comes included in the licence. Very nice.

  Can't find one.
