No functionality, no support

Main program window looks straightforward and user-friendly.
Cons
No apparent way to direct the program to open my Ipod, no support available anywhere.
Summary
It looks like this would be a straightforward program to use, but I see no way to tell it which device I want to de-dupe. So although my iPod was plugged in, the program just sat there blankly. There is no help file and, as you will see if you check, no support on the company website. Too bad.
