If you can ever install it properly, it would be great to use.

Pros
1. IpmasterPro works well and can be installed ok, but must be used with IPWALLMATER to be of any real use. It is there you run into problems. <p> <p>2. This product would be absolutely THE BEST OF ITS KIND if the install was simple and reliable with clear cut step by step instructions that worked.
Cons
1. IPwallmaster install documentation is difficult to understand and use. It is not structured and gives no step by step examples of the install process. Other software I buy is very easy to install and runs right away with no problems and terminates the trial period. <p>I had IPWALLMASTER running successfully with the scanner (IPMASTERPRO) which i had purchased 3 times, only to be informed by the software that it exceeded the trial period and would no longer work. <p> <p>2. The use of sort on the column headings with both products do not work. <p> <p>3. Support was terse and responsive but provided a small degree of assistance. <p>No phone help just email. <p> I had offered Remote Administrator,VNC, Teamspeak, and phone call to bosstech to actually see if i had done or was doing things correctly but bosstech support would only use email.
