IObit Unlocker is a tool to determine what application or process has a given file locked so it can't be deleted or moved and, if desired, unlocks that file. When we try to delete a file or folder in Windows, we see annoying messages such as cannot delete file: Access is denied, cannot delete folder: It is being used by another person or program, there has been a sharing violation, the source or destination file may be in use, the file is in use by another program or user, make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use, or cannot read from the source file or disk. This is usually because the file or folder is in use by another program or user.
