Perfect for Service based, very flexible, and well thought out

Pros
After trying many products from this site, this was one of the first to allow notes and comments, great design layout and flexible to change to suit. Very simple to get it underway, yet has good data reporting and back-ups.

Pros
Easy to use - features are all that's necessary - the support service is fast and to-the-point. I couldn't find a "statement" form, and when I notified the company about this, information re: "statements" was received within a couple of hours!

Pros
This product is simple and straight forward. I like the instant email feature using PDF files. I also like their customer service. I had a crash and lost the program and the key which they forwarded right away. Kudos!

If the software is updated to allow a person to add additional units of measure, and the serial number field to be changed to a "Date Off Service" field, it would be excellent rating on all counts. The unit description is missing "Days", "Miles", "Liters" as example. If user could customize this field, it would be great. Software handled a unit of 1.5 @ $7.00 without a hitch. I liked it very much - and it's small file size should appeal to those who still use a dial-up modem for downloading.
