InSightPI is an 'on the go' performance indicator monitoring tool for use with Capita Housing InSight. The app allows the viewing of actual KPI values for up to ten areas, and shows trend, goal and target information. The app is driven by the InSight web service - Users of the app will need to have this installed as part of their InSight package. A demonstration mode is provided to show the functionality of the app when not connected to a live web service.To use the app with a live web service, the URL of the service should be entered into the configuration screen, along with the 32 character authorisation string which will be provided to you by Capita with the web service. The number and content of the KPI's for each user, along with threshold, goal and trend values are set within the InSight configuration manager.Should you wish to add this app to an existing InSight installation, or enquire about a new InSight installation, please contact your Capita Housing or OPENHousing account manager.
