Looks like they are out of business. Tried to register after updating but registration server is not available. With only 14 tries left of the trial period, I am concerned what will happen.
Summary
If the vendor is dropping support, it would be nice if they just released it for anyone.

Pros
No problems after several years of use. Stores backups as a database or PDF file. Cost is reasonable.
Cons
Printout of database takes too many pages. A more compact printout would be more eco friendly. Can't change the category of file once it is created.
Summary
I will update if a new version comes out. Need an iPad version but none appears to be coming. Might want a more versatile company.

This program insists on popping open safari when clicking auto-fill instead of my specified default browser, and because of that. It's not worth buying to me. Other than that I LOVE this app. When they change that, I will absolutely buy it and will be happy about every penny.

...release<br />This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I can't really complain about Snow Leopard incompatibility because I am running Snow Leopard TODAY and info.xhead 2.0 with no problems. Furthermore, they gave us a "look up your serial numbers"-beta the day Snow Leopard launched to use until they debugged the new version. On Sunday morning I got an email response from the developer in less than 5 minutes! Hard to complain about that. Finally, they have added an image option for each entry. Terrific if you need to store scanned serial numbers (i.e. microsoft!) into your database. The inclusion of .Mac backup makes me secure and the aggravation of reinstalling software after a system rebuild is now little more than an annoyance. This is the first software that goes onto my machines. It is fast and painless.

In upgrading to the beta for Snow Leopard, I had forgotten my password and couldn't open the program. The service reps and I sent each other 3 - 4 emails and they made one telephone call to my residence. The problem was corrected within one day. I have nothing but the highest praise for their prompt service and product.

Feels good to have this very important info in one place, easily retrievable and password protected. I have fully customized each category to my specific needs, and can edit and move things around or merge them with other categories almost at will. I even use it to keep track of my serial numbers for software. Backups too are easy to make and reload in case problems arise. Finally, when I have had the occasional problem or issue, tech support has responded to me almost instantly via email.. This company does not offer phone support, which I generally shy away from, but again email support has been an almost instant thing with dead on advice to solve the issue. This is the password tracking software to use, it's a no brainer.

I've gotten my new company using it and it has saved us from a lot of headaches of finding who knows passwords for various sites we use. There have been a couple times where I've had problems registering a new computer but the guys at xhead software respond quickly to my emails and always have the solution. I highly recommend the software!

I had a small problem with re-installation after I reformatted my computer, and the developer responded within hours and took care of the problem.

Flexible and customizable interface 4. Has problem to deal with AutoFill but it was my fall and thanks to great support help all works smoothly now. 5. Program window auto locking, database backups, all you need to manage your confidential info. 6. It just works! It worth every cents and bundle of 4 apps in good price is available on dev. site.
