Pros
I used couple of monitoring software but I got the best value from iMonitorPC. Others do not have remote monitoring through a web site.

Pros
In the past we tried the 4.0 release, this 4.5 is fine for Win7 64; the online reports are more accurate now. The application and websites are recorded fine. Application is reliable and it run on our internal computers automaticaly every day.
Cons
The reports are for each computer, cannot see an agregate report for entire company.
Summary
Like: - cheap - very easy to install - reliable - monitor more than one computer and see result in a single web location - good for count employ working hours, see top ten 10 applications used, see top ten web-sites accesed

Pros
It has all the features that I am interested in (I want to know what my employees are doing during work hours and to limit the use of Internet for bandwidth hungry applications) and it is very affordable. <p>Application visibility info is the best in its class, it is not limited only to network apps, but to all windows standalone apps running on the PC.<p>This software doesn't have a keylogger, as some other user suggested. It can get the raw packets from the network and decode the content(if configured) but it doesn't look into encrypted traffic.
