Very easy to use for such a powerful program

Pros
Easy to learn and had a lot of depth that isn't obvious the first time you look at the forms. Handles everything for our business in one place for a lot less money than Great Plains or iCode.

Assemblies in inventory aren't tracked through tier levels. If you have an assembly, inside of assembly. Which all manufacturers do! It is imposible to generate a report on the granular assemblies. updates and technical support are pricey!
