I tried to use this program because my computer had crashed, and had wiped everything. This program came recommended and I followed all the instructions. It seemed to have copied things just find but when i ejected my ipod everything was deleted off my ipod and it had only pulled a video and around 10 songs off of it. now im out 10,000 items including songs, videos, audiobooks and games.
Does what it says it does, for 20 dollars.

Pros
Copies all your media from iphone, ipad, or ipod to computer. Good if you want to get all the music off it before you sync it in itunes and it erases everything on ipod.
Cons
20 dollars.. but overall worth the price if you have stuff you want to get off the ipod.

I thank myself for getting this software by trial pay which means I got an offer and I downloaded the software for free because if I would off have to pay for I would be angry at myself. This software it is slow and it takes forever to transfer your music from your ipod to your computer and it never finishes doing it so I end up always closing it without my music been transfered. The technical support wont hellp you, this softwate does not have any customer or technical support at alll. I wrote them and they told me there is nothing they can do about it to help me fix any problems with the software because they do not offer technical support. So you are stock with a damn software that cost almost 20 dollars and no help at all.. It really sucks and to fiish the software would freeze many times and wont open either... They really suck!!!!!!!!!!!!
