MP3 Recorder XP allows you easily record voice or music directly in MP3 format from microphone input, line-in input, or sound being played by other applications, such as Internet broadcasts, and sorts recordings in sequences by date and time stamped in a list box. Unlike other programs that you have to create a file name first, this MP3 recorder has an automatic naming system. It allows you record immediately by just one click. With a tagging system, you can also attach notes to resulting audio files. It is ideal for recording interviews, news, or melodies from radio, speech in conferences, and other situations that require instant recording.

A good simple program, demo allows only 100secs of recording.

Pros
It makes recording voice very easy, push record and your off. The files are automatically compressed to mp3 too, no messing with conversion of wav. The small size of the program was also very appealing.
Cons
The program allows you to title each sound recording, but then doesn't apply that title to the file. You have to then individually export and name each file which can be very annoying. There are other small bugs that need to be ironed out, nothing major though. And the demo only allows 100secs of recording.
