This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />This is the only currency converter, and I have searched for currency converter applications on and off for a year now, that supports the currencies I need. Apples calculator, Koalacalc are actually pretty good but they do not support, Phlippino Peso and Egyptian Pound among others. I need these currencies do to my work. CurrencyConverter does the trick, has all the currencies I need, and its the first one that has it. The other currency converters which downloads their rates from the European Central Bank are the worst currency converters as they have the worst support for different currencies. As well, to be able to automatically update, every 15 minutest if you wish so, your selected rates and export them as a txt file that can be imported to excel is great. If you have a lot of work that needs currency conversion, multiple currencies together with excel, this is a great tool. Stability, it is stable, no crashes so far. User interface is pretty pretty, but too big. Takes up a lot of space and it would be nice if something was done about that later. But again, I take that without complaining for what CurrencyConverter has to offer me. At least the user interface is pretty to look at and not butt ugly. I also find it a bit slower worked then the other currency converters, especially with no bullit in calculator, so you got to go back and forwards between a calculator and CurrencyConverter. Suggested improvements; 1, add a calculator to it 2, be able to calculate a base currency with results in more then one currency. LIke 1 us dollare = ... PHP. ...Sterling, ....Lire... Without having to go and change the result currency. 3, Stealth mode, at least have a possibility in preferences to make currency converter minimal in size. Not a big huge window like now All in all, pretty pretty good, would not uninstall it for money, CurrencyConverter has become a part of my daily workflow without any substitute as of yet. Cheers,

It's simpler than website you described or even other softwares I tried before. I think CurrenciesConverter is THE application you need to have. $12 is a really good price. I recommend it. Robert
