Multiple supported connection protocols including Microsoft RDP, VNC, and Telnet/SSH.

Use the credentialing manage to specify and save alternate credentials for computers, servers, IP ranges, or domains to establish remote control sessions. Open multiple remote control sessions using the multi-machine monitoring views. Arrange the layout as you see fit and save it for future use.

The must have tool for IT Support Teams

Pros
I work as an IT System Administrator having to support large client bases far away. This remote control product is a life saver for me. It is better than any other remote control product I have tested so far.

Very great features but doesn't work with Windows 98

Pros
Lots of control, also the possibility to display like two screens on one monitor - this is useful if you want a network game, but have only one monitor.
Cons
Doesn't work with Windows 98. The Agent would not install in Win98SE because it is not compatible.
