  I was trying to set up my remote PC running on XP to my new PC running on Windows 7 in th network. Windows 7 squawked about x32 drivers needed, and no matter what I did I was unable to get the remote PC to accept the network printer.

  Summary

  There is nothing at all on the HP site that tells users how to do what I'm trying to do. All it has are drivers, and although they work for the printer they do not work in getting me the network printer access that I had when I had two XP machines.
