Printer won't work with Windows 7 64 bit processor

Cons
The printer works fine with my XP computer, but will not work with my new HP computer which has a Windows 7 operating system with a 64 bit processor.
Summary
Beware of buying a 64 bit processor if you have older peripherals because they may not be supported - even if all are the same manufacturer.
