Household Accounting Book 5.0 is a free software program to manage your personal and/or business related expenses. The software lists and graphically evaluates your income and expenses in a very clear way. Version 5.0 is already the seventh release of this successful program (over 10,000 downloads), which has been greatly improved by adding a lot of new features. Similar to former versions of this software, the program itself is freeware and can be used for an unlimited time. However, you can upgrade the program with a number of useful additional features.

The data input created with the input/expense fields is listed in the data-tables on the right hand side for each month. The evaluation field shows your monthly income along with your expenses and computes automatically the profit or loss. With version 5.0 you can carry over your income and fix expenses into the following months. To better evaluate your data you can create a number of different charts (monthly overview, yearly overview, and yearly development, user defined). You can also print your tables and charts (print function for graphics only available in full version). Household Accounting Book implements two useful supplementary functions, a calculator and a currency calculator. You can upgrade your version with a number of additional functions (shopping list with memory function, bonus accounts, user defined graphical evaluation and print option of the graphical evaluation).
