Main features include:- Graphical plots of your heart rate data on any given day from the past 3 months- Automatic sleep times calculation based on intelligent activity monitoring algorithm, no need to tell it 'Im going to sleep' or 'Ive just woken up', it already knows!- You can add calculated sleep times to the Apple Health app- Analysis your sleep patterns to provide accurate resting heart rates - View a full selection of your recent workouts and view heart rate graphs and statistics- Get other personal statistics showing heart rate and activity data in an understandable form- Includes a fully native Apple Watch app that is fast and efficient!- Plot your heart rate readings, view workouts and check out hourly data ALL right on Apple Watch!This app integrates with the Health app to access your heart rate and active energy data.
