Healthy Weight Diet DSPP for Windows

This self-help application flashes subliminal messages on your monitor to help you achieve a healthy weight, though we found that it impedes your work while it's running.

Healthy Weight Diet DSPP requires no installation--just unzip and run the executable file to use it. Before starting the session, you can view the limited messages, but unlike similar programs, you can't control message frequency, size or location. During our tests, a simple animated graphic took over the entire screen, leaving us unable to view or work in other windows. The trial period only allows for a 15-minute session with limited messages, and the demo program pauses every 3 minutes. While this application is easy to use, we weren't impressed by its limited output, and most users probably will want more flexibility than what this program offers.
