  I manage a huge retail chain of grocery stores across multiple locations and we had been looking for a single integrated software suite that can take care of most of our business operations. HDPOS Smart cloud helps us manage everything centrally. We can track inventory, manage billing, stock, employees and manage customers across our various outlets. We find its report customization options very flexible - we are able to get complete view of our sales at various locations instantly. When we have problem with internet we work on offline mode. This is a very helpful feature of HDPOS smart. It is easy to learn and use and doesn't take long for my employees to ramp up and use it to its full capabilities. I would most certainly recommend HDPOS Smart to any one running a retail business. It is useful across locations too with its cloud computing features!

  Summary

  HDPOS Smart is easy to use and is the right fit for my business. We use it at our restaurant and its Pictorial Billing ?feature are quite good. Since ours is a small joint, we require effective table management and quick order processing both of which are possible with HDPOS Smart. We use customised invoice/bill generators and manage the details of customers (their names, loyalty number, contact info) and so on with the software. Every employee at the restaurant is comfortable with the software and learnt using it pretty quickly. Good product, money well spent!
