  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Basically, this program takes a .jpg image of a HCFA-1550 and superimposes the fields to fill in. You can get RealBasic for $99 and create this in an hour. This product should sell for $25. For $199, it should at least auto total the charges for you. But, it really should have some basic database to it. Perhaps as simple as integrated with address book. Click on a contact and choose HCFA-1500 from the AppleScript menu. Launches HCFA-1500 with the appropriate fields filled in. If you really need this, ask a graphic designer with Acrobat to create a pdf with fields or if you have Office, get Easy HCFA for $60. Nice try to fill in a missing void, but too expensive for too little.
