Hard Training Club specializes in small group fitness and personal training. Our classes are very unique in style and format. Our instructors pride themselves on working at there craft to bring our boot campers a quality experience every time they come in. Our premium class is our Boxing Boot Camp better known as the Dynamic Boxing Series. This class is designed by circuits timed by 2min on and :30 secs off. The routines switch up daily with constant focus on advanced boxing techniques. Which brings us to our fitness app and some of its features. Of course you will be able to book a personal training session ,make a reservation, purchase packages and shop at our pro shop. But you will also be able to do a similar workout at home with interval rounds timer. You also be able to do your road work and track your distance and time. We also will have 90 body transformation challenge with grand prize being 1 month of FREE boot camps.
