• Disappointing. Looking for a new cycle tracker.

  Summary

  At first I liked this program because it seemed easy to use, and all I wanted was a simple way to track my menstrual cycle. However, I keep running into small annoyances that make it a pain to use. One not-so-small problem is that when I try to change the length of my menstrual cycle, instead I see my daily notes, because the "Day Info" button is BEHIND the pop-out menu for cycle length. So, I cannot change it to the number I want. Also, the program assumes that the user already knows everything about the biology of menstruation, and offers no direction there. I didn't know what the luteal phase was, and even after looking it up I'm not sure if I need to adjust my luteal phase or menstrual cycle (those are the only two options I have to change the date of my period). At least once I tried to access the "help" feature, only it doesn't exist. At first it used to take me to a broken web url, but now it takes me to HamsterSoft's product page, which does not include this program. If this is in beta, it should really say so somewhere on this site. The cons outweigh the pros for me, especially since I can't change my menstruation length. I'm going to look for something else to use.
