The most convenient integration of OpenPGP into Outlook. The add-in is based on the open sourced PGP implementation GnuPG. It hides all the complexity of encryption from the user and allows to encrypt mails including their attachments with a single-click. It contains everything to encrypt/decrypt complete mails, keymanagement, setup wizard and a help center. It works with MS Exchange, IMAP, POP3, Zarafa, Kero and other mail servers. The encryption is compatible to many other OpenPGP implemenations like EnigMail, PGP Desktop, Mailvelope, K9 Mail and many others.

Even good for enterprise users

Pros
- Integrates seemless in Outlook 2010/2013 - Works perfectly in combination with Exchange - May be controlled by Microsoft Policy Manager - Easy to use - even by normal users
Cons
- Well - it's not for free if you consider this a con - We would wish to have a solution for document encryption as well
Summary
Very good product for the price. In our company we do cover desktop users and laptop users from remote. Low effort necessary for implementation and low maintenance footprint
