AudioGenie not only allows you to create an MP3 from your favorite part of a track, for a mobile phone ring tone, but it can also do: CD to MP3, CD to WAV, CD to WMA, WAV to MP3, WAV to WMA, MP3 to WAV, MP3 to WMA, WMA to MP3, WMA to WAV, and OGG. Section rip tracks and audio to get the best 20 seconds of a track for MP3 ring tones. The program will batch convert as many files as you wish. So get the kettle on and put your feet up while it does the hard work for you. You can also edit all these music file types visually using simple copy, cut, delete, and paste techniques. Then you can add cool effects like fade or echo, then save the result to any format. Once you have your MP3 ring tone you can send it to your phone using a data cable, Buletooth, e-mail (if setup on phone), or infrared saving a fortune on ring tones. Also allows you to get CD track info from the Internet. Audio Genie includes an iPod manager.

Version 1.0.4 fixed a bug in the wav amplify code that was causing the program to end abnormally.
