This free jigsaw puzzle works well as a seasonal diversion, but overall, it seems like a strictly average offering. True to its name, the application provides you with an animated goblin-themed jigsaw puzzle, featuring the little creatures running through the halls of a stone dungeon. However, there are no additional puzzles to choose from, nor are there tools for creating your own. Also, since Goblins Puzzle won't let you break the puzzle into different numbers of pieces, the fun pretty much expires after you've completed it once. And unlike other virtual jigsaws, this one offers no way to better organize your pieces. Still, we did appreciate a few of the program's features, including those that resize the main window, disable the animation, and change the background color. In spite of its shortcomings, Goblins Puzzle will probably occupy younger children for a couple of hours during the days leading up to Halloween.
