• Gmail is consistently good.

  Pros

  It lets me know if I want to open my mail to actually read it or if I can let it go for awhile. I can also delete the mail I don't want to bother with without opening the program.

  Cons

  For whatever reason, the notifier disappears from my tray on a regular basis. Luckily, all I have to do to get it back is click on my desktop icon. I don't know if this is a problem with the notifier or with Vista - probably Vista.

  Pros

  I love it because it makes life easier just opening my Gmail to send out mail on any reply link. I hated it when the hotmail would open up, that is why I installed it, and that is the best us of this application.

  I find no fault with this application what so ever.

  Pros

  This gadget always wanted to open gmail in IE 7 or Avant, even though my default browser is Mozilla Firefox.

  Cons

  This gadget does not work at all. I kept getting error...cannot contact gmail server.

  Summary

  This gadget does not work. Ever since I installed Mozilla Firefox 3, this gadget keeps telling me that the server cannot be contacted. I tried refreshing, restarting, restarting my computer, and uninstalling and reinstalling this gadget. It just does not work.
