i paid the 14.95 expecting to get everything from my iPad 2 transferred to my new laptop but after 13 percent it keeps stopping then says no files were copied then at the bottom it starts to say receiving metadata and shows me a list of everything that wasn't downloaded then says the rpc server is unavailable exception from hresult:0x8000706BA I have written an email explaining my problem but no reply please people save your money unless you want to take chances and have what happened to me happen to you

Summary
overall this application did the main thing that I wanted and transferred over all my music to my new computer. (Old one crashed and I couldn't recover anything off of hard drive. Thankfully I had the photos already. For what it is worth (free) I liked it. I had purchased an IPOD transfer software from Bestbuy that didn't work. GizmoRip saved me from having to clear my IPOD and start from scratch.
