Pretty good

Pros
Delivers what was promised. I haven't seen any freezes or crashes yet. It can save and reload your last playlist. It has a file selection browser.
Cons
I do wish it allowed for direct browsing of a directory structure, like the windows file explorer does. I'm not sure how that would interact with the playlist feature. Perhaps a second gui mode. Playlist vs browser modes?
Summary
Not bad, but not exactly what I'm looking for.
