Pros
Good software if you have a working registered copy. I purchased it in 2015 and once I figured out several eccentricities in the UI, I was able to use it.
Cons
Upgrading to Windows 10 caused registration to break. Unable to get the software working now. Zero response from any of their support emails, several of which are returned as undeliverable.

Seemed to work, but only captured a few minutes before it asked for money.
Cons
Trial version only downloads part of video, so can't tell if it will work for a full video. Very expensive. No address or phone number in their contact info so who knows where they're located... would be very risky to send them money.

Yes, the software works as highlighted, the list of places it can download is fairly large, either medias source, but also online trainings, etc... as a means to have offline content it works, good.
Cons
1. pricy for such reduced capabilities, after all it only downloads content. 2. It will only work for a (fixed) period, the full version, it tells you that due to a later version of Flash the software needs to be upgraded, and of course your serial doesnt work in the latest "revision", at the same full price, none of that is explained anywhere, and there are visibly no major changes but small tuning, so, deceptive practice, you cannot sell a product that you say is unlimited then have it stop working when a version of Flash (or other) changes in a computer, this is called LIMITED version.

If the developer plan on having such limitations they should advertise it, and offer different versions, like many packages now, unlimited till major OS changes or unlimited lifetime or renewing support license fee, 'cause in this case it is not LIFETIME UNLIMITED, and there is no mention of it. Also, in this price range of package, you'd expect better clarity and transparency compared to ANY software in this price range. LASTLY, there are a lot of fake reviews on this software, same pattern of mispelling, exact same review content, grammar error due to language barrier, review describing product capabilities rather than experience of the usability (search web for studies on evaluation of fake vs real products reviews) Developer: spend time updating YOUR site, YOUR help section and your business practice rather than generating fake 5 star reviews to influence the rating of your software.

I extracted the zip file installer and during the installation not everything was installed, kept getting errors however the program managed to install on the computer and it doesnt work. Im trying to uninstall and it wont uninstall the error messages say that i dont have administrative rights to uninstall it?
